My experience at TJ Vickers Telford could have been better because they advertised the pricevof the car on line at £18,990. I made arrangements to go over to inspect/purchase the car but was shocked to see that they had inflated the price to £19,490. I had to argue quite strongly that they were profiteering and was very upset that they let me travel over 50 Mike's to the dealership, let me test drive it then when I said i would buy it they told me the price had increased! I was not happy at all.

TJ Vickers Telford were great because from the moment I walked in to take a look at what was available, Steve Bailey made me feel welcome and didn't pressure me into any particular car. In fact he picked up straight away on what sort of car I was looking for and found me the perfect match. He restored my faith in car sales persons and as a result I have purchased my first Fiat after 25 years with a different manufacturer. I absolutely love my car and am in love with driving again.
